Tego is seeking a talented and highly motivated engineer to help maintain and grow Tego’s secure multi-tenant cloud environment. As a member of the Tego engineering team, you will receive comprehensive training and be responsible for supporting our customers and providing a high degree of customer satisfaction. Essential Functions:

  • Work in conjunction with sales to evangelize our cloud offerings.

  • Work in tandem with other engineers to formulate feature enhancement strategies, fulfill back office support and complete routine maintenance.

Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

Tego is seeking an experienced, professional, and goal-oriented Inside Sales Representative responsible for cold calling and generating Infrastructure as a Service (Cloud Services) sales.

Essential Functions:

  • Initiate outbound “cold-calls” to target accounts within a given territory.
  • Manage sales campaigns from qualification to close.
  • Contact prospects and partners through phone calls, email, and seminars.
  • Present a high level overview of the Tego cloud platform to prospects.
  • Work closely with sales engineers to close business and enable partners.
  • Maintain account and opportunity updates within our internal Sales Force Automation tool.
  • Exceed quarterly goals through active sales campaigns.

Job Requirements:

  • Comfortable cold calling at all levels.
  • General understanding of storage and server virtualization concepts and their value proposition.
  • Ability to carry a sales campaign from inception to close and attention to detail is essential.
  • General understanding of sales tracking tools such as Microsoft CRM is a plus.
  • Proven success in building and maintaining successful relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Excellent communication skills are required, both written and oral.
  • Proven track record of managing multiple sales campaigns simultaneously.
  • Ability to work in a high-energy, startup type environment, team player. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Preferred Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work with employees across functions and in remote locations.
