Tego Adds RPA to Its CMMC Portfolio of Expertise

Tego is pleased to announce that Tyler Booker, Director of Tego Advisory Services, is now a Registered Practitioner Advanced (RPA) for CMMC. He is one of less than 100 RPAs worldwide, illustrating the hard work and commitment required to obtain this certification.

The difference in training is a more in-depth focus on NIST 800-171 control implementations and objectives. RPAs must meet additional experience requirements by implementing, at minimum, 50+ cybersecurity framework controls that directly correlate to the 110 CMMC Level 2 Practices.

With the recent news that the DoD has sent the proposed rule for CMMC to OMB-OIRA, organizations seeking compliance will be looking for help with their CMMC journey.

“This certification adds to the growing portfolio of expertise we’re able to offer our clients as it pertains to CMMC,” said Greg Manson, VP of Tego Advisory Services. “We are equipped to help our clients pinpoint shortcomings and guide or advise on implementations, ensuring they meet the CMMC Maturity Level 2 criteria.

Tego is a Registered Practitioner Organization (RPO). In addition to having an RPA on staff, we have Registered Practitioners (RPs), a Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA), and a CMMC Licensed Training Provider (LTP).
