The Sales Operations team is the backbone of Tego. Under the direction of Johanna Berry, VP of Operations, this team plays a critical role in how we service clients. Berry has worked diligently to build a team of rock stars who share her enthusiasm and passion for helping customers. With her leadership, this team has changed how Tego supports clients by implementing workflows and streamlining processes for efficiency.
Key contributions of Sales Operations include:
- Providing exceptional support to our sales team, including quick turnaround on quotes and proposals. “I’ve worked for other VARs in the past and have never experienced such an incredibly quick turnaround on quoting customers,” said Krista Lora, Account Manager at Tego. This level of support ensures customers have the information needed to make informed, timely decisions.
- Leveraging relationships with distributors and vendors established over the past 15+ years to deliver competitive solutions and minimize lead times. In the fast-paced IT industry, it can be difficult to maintain such relationships, but this team has worked hard to establish rapport and trust with each of our partners. In addition, the team is consistently focused on maintaining the required compliance levels of every partner we work with.
- Setting the bar for customer support. Whether responding to a customer inquiry within minutes, maintaining the highest degree of communication with customers regarding their orders, or being tenacious problem solvers, this team prides itself on providing extraordinary customer service.
- Providing tailored reporting and documentation. The Sales Operations team has created numerous custom reports, including detailed renewal tracking and EOSL data, to help clients budget and plan future projects.
- Establishing a project management team. We have expanded our Project Management team to ensure each client project has a dedicated PM to coordinate the delivery of a successful engagement.
