A Disaster Recovery Plan (DRP) contains information on how to recover from unplanned incidents (such as natural disaster, ransomware attack, etc.). The plan should include information on your data backups and how to restore them when an incident occurs, recovery time objectives, roles and responsibilities of your staff, a communication plan, and detailed recovery procedures. The plan should be tested periodically.
