Five Powerhouse Women of Tego Named to 2025 Channel List

CRN®, a brand of The Channel Company, has recognized five women from Tego on the prestigious Women of the Channel list for 2025. This annual CRN list celebrates women from vendors, distributors, solution providers, and other channel-focused organizations who positively impact the IT ecosystem.

The CRN 2025 Women of the Channel honorees are innovative and strategic leaders committed to advancing channel excellence and supporting the success of their partners and customers. Tego’s honorees for 2025 are:

Johanna Berry, VP of Operations: Under her direction, the Sales Operations team has continued to provide extraordinary customer support. With a work ethic like no other, Johanna manages a team of six that supports the entire company from sales conception to project management and delivery. Last year, she established the Project Management Office and launched a new project management tracking system. This initiative was essential to fulfilling our customer commitments, driving our growth strategy, and equipping our Professional Services and Sales teams with the tools, resources, and processes needed for success. This is Johanna’s fourth time on the list.

Krista Lora, Account Manager: Krista is known for building relationships with clients and channel partners. Since joining Tego four years ago, she has built the SLED business from the ground up. She turns customer feedback into actionable insights and builds trust by listening to what her customers truly need. Krista’s skill in selling sophisticated IT solutions, recommending value-added products, and partnering with customers on long-term strategy illustrates her value with Tego. This is her second time on the list.

Jenn Rendon, Director of Sales: A first-time honoree, Jenn has an impressive track record for revenue growth at industry-leading companies. With 14 years of experience in the tech industry, Jennifer excels at building strong relationships with clients, understanding their unique business challenges, and providing tailored technology solutions that drive efficiency and success. Since joining Tego last year, Jenn has focused on aligning Tego’s goals with channel partners to secure new accounts and generate recurring revenue.

Daina Smith, Sales Operations Manager: Throughout her time at Tego, Daina has made significant contributions by offering exceptional customer support and collaborating closely with engineers and account managers to deliver effective IT solutions. Daina, a third-time list honoree, maintains program compliance for all our active partners. She continues to foster relationships with channel partners while expanding her knowledge and expertise of current and emerging technologies.

Jennifer Vosburgh, VP of Marketing: As part of her marketing strategy, Jennifer has always worked closely with channel partners to establish strong relationships and secure MDF for marketing efforts. Her strategic focus on branding, SEO, and digital marketing reinforces Tego’s reputation as a leader in consultative IT services. This is her seventh time on the list.

“Tego is thrilled to have five women make this year’s list,” said Nolan Smith, CEO. “Their dedication, leadership, and relentless pursuit of excellence reflect the values that drive our entire organization. Each plays a vital role in Tego’s success, and I am confident they will continue to lead, inspire, and achieve remarkable things as we grow and evolve together.”

40% of Tego’s workforce is female, reflecting the company’s commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive team. This diversity strengthens our culture, fuels innovation, and ensures a broader range of perspectives in our solutions.

“It’s an honor to recognize the outstanding accomplishments of these women, who are leaders and change-makers in the IT channel,” said Jennifer Follett, VP, U.S. Content and Executive Editor, CRN at The Channel Company. “Each woman spotlighted on this list has shown exceptional dedication to building creative strategies that propel transformation, growth, and success for their organizations and the entire IT channel. We are pleased to spotlight their important contributions and look forward to their future success.”

The 2025 Women of the Channel list will be featured in the June issue of CRN Magazine, with online coverage beginning May 12 at www.CRN.com/WOTC.
