The ideal candidate will be responsible for growing revenue through digital media through designing and executing marketing campaigns. After campaigns have been launched, you will extract and analyze data across multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of digital marketing & social media distribution. This includes scheduling content, management and optimizing all posts for reach and engagement.
- Maintain and manage multiple pages on different platforms (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn)
- Monitor analytics, audience sentiment, social media trends, brand awareness and online reputation
- Work directly with SEO agency on improving SEO and keywords
- Goal setting and tracking
- Asset creation (social media design, video production and editing)
- Social media and website copywriting
- Stay up to date with viral trends, best practices and technologies
- Work closely with VP of Marketing on campaigns and branding to maintain the voice of Tego across all platforms
- Assist with other Marketing duties as required
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- 1-3 years of social media management and content distribution
- BA in marketing, communications, relevant field, or equivalent experience
- Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
- Strong communication, analytical and creative skills
- Dedicated, strong team player
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Must be able to work alone and in a team
- Able to perform under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of the Adobe suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Knowledge of video production and editing programs
Additional Info
- 25% travel required (mostly in NC)
- Must live in the Raleigh, NC area even though this is a remote position
