Chrisitian M. Duggan


Co-Founder and Vice President of Sales

Chris serves as Tego Data’s Vice President of Sales and brings to his role 20 years of sales and technology experience. In this role, he oversees the worldwide sales team and drives Tego’s sales strategy. Before co-founding Tego Data, Chris was a Senior Account Executive with Micro Systems Support Corporation. At Micro Systems Chris was instrumental in expanding their data storage practice from a small regional operation to one with a national presence. Prior to working at Micro Systems, Chris spent 4 years with NetApp as an Account Executive helping clients architect data management solutions. Before joining NetApp, Chris worked for Fidelity Investments for 8 years as a financial specialist in the area of non-profit employee retirement plans. Chris holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Plymouth State University.
Chris and his wife, Teresa, have three children. He enjoys playing golf and has a passion for hiking including successful climbs of Mount Rainier and Cayambe.

Carter A. Hanckel


Co-Founder & Vice President of Operations

As Tego Data’s Vice President of Operations, Carter oversees Tego’s day-to-day operations and financial management activities. Prior to co-founding Tego Data, Carter worked for NetApp for 8 years. There, Carter started as an Account Executive before moving into sales and operational management. Early in his career, Carter worked at Merrill Lynch in a variety of wealth management and business services positions.
Carter earned a bachelor of science degree in finance from Old Dominion University. When not spending time with his wife and 2 children, Carter enjoys playing competitive soccer and biking.

Dan Benedix


Co-Founder & Vice President of Technology

In Dan’s role as Tego Data’s Vice President of Technology he oversees the engineering and professional services teams that support the IT Integration business and Tego’s IaaS and DRaaS infrastructure. Before co-founding Tego Data, Dan was a Solutions Architect at Micro Systems Support Corporation where he was fundamental in delivering world class data storage solutions to clients working closely with the sales organization to expand the company’s presence.

Prior to Micro Systems Support Corporation, Dan worked for 3 years at NetApp as a channel manager in Sunnyvale, CA and Research Triangle Park, NC. In this role he supported a large partner community and helped grow the burgeoning NetApp partner program.

Earlier Dan also worked for ACS in Southern California and Infotech in the Boston area.

Dan has a passion for mentoring young entrepreneurs. Dan is married and enjoys playing soccer, guitar, piano. He also speaks Spanish, French, and a bit of Italian, and also enjoys preparing and sharing world class BBQ.
